BOOT CAMP

Get Fit for Summer with this 4 week Exercise Program designed by Mike Allen & Andrea Zimmerli.

Group Training Sessions: 
•	1-2 sessions per week (choose either 1 or 2 times a week)
•	The sessions will include Circuit Training, Machines/Free Weights & Cardiovascular Training

**Training will be held Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm to ensure the group can get 
full use of the equipment.  Training days & times are subject to change.  

Exercise Routine: 
•	Exercise Routines, Exercise Logs, and Cardio Tracking Sheets provide by the Personal Trainer.
•	Nutrition Handouts provided to each Participant in the program.

**Each person participating in this program will receive a 
Comprehensive Exercise Guide designed to reach his/her Fitness Goals.

Cost of the 4 Week Program Determined by the Personal Trainers.
